🏙️ “THESE TWO LOVEBIRDS CLIMBED A TOWER FOR A COPPER?”

Yes, that’s us. Suspended a few thousand feet in the air, holding a massive banner, and smiling like it’s just another Tuesday.
Before the local authorities in Dorset start looking for us, let’s clear the air: No, we didn’t actually scale the Empire State Building. (Though, to be honest, after the projects we’ve survived, it felt like a walk in the park!).

We are Andreina and Edicson, the husband-and-wife duo behind Skylight Property Services. We’ve been happily married and working side-by-side for 14 years.

When we say “side-by-side,” we mean it literally. Out of 24 hours in a day, we spend 23 hours together. The remaining hour? That’s just Edicson escaping to the bathroom for some peace and quiet! 🤣🤫

How did we end up completely soaked in the property business?

It all started when a client asked us a seemingly simple question: “Hey, do you know how to hang a curtain?” Long story short... we ended up completely renovating their entire house from top to bottom. That was the moment we discovered our hands-on talent and our near-zero margin for error.

We take our work personally. Once, we were challenged to repair a door that was so badly damaged it honestly belonged in a skip. Replacing it would have been the easy way out, and fixing it took us over a day, costing us more than we made. But we didn’t care about the loss; we cared about our pride and the client’s satisfaction. That door ended up flawless, and it proved exactly what we are made of.

So, if Andreina gets another “crazy idea” to push our limits, we might actually end up on a real skyscraper next time! But until then, we are keeping our feet firmly on the ground (and on ladders) serving our lovely community.

After 12 days of hard work, we achieved this result.
Our customer is very happy, and so are we. Even though his old cabinets were still in good condition, the flat had a persistent humidity smell that had contaminated both the cabinets and the flooring.

To eliminate this terrible odour —which can also cause respiratory issues— and to give the kitchen a fresh new look, we carried out a full renovation. The result is immaculate: everything looks brand new and smells fresh.

We also sealed the walls and flooring, adding a protective membrane to prevent humidity and cold from passing through from the ground floor of the building.
