AFG Law is looking for an experienced Dispute Solicitor to join our team in Bolton.

This exciting role will allow you to manage a varied caseload of civil litigation matters, including:
-Landlord and tenant disputes
-Director disputes
-Contractual disputes
-Employment disputes
-Debt claims
-Probate disputes
-Land and property disputes
-Professional negligence matters.

You’ll provide strategic and focused advice, draft legal documents, represent clients in negotiations, mediations and hearings as well as work proactively to achieve practical outcomes.

We’re looking for someone with experience across the dispute resolution process, strong advocacy and negotiation skills, excellent drafting ability, commercial awareness and a collaborative, team-focused approach.

Salary: £42,000–£45,000

We’re looking for a Conveyancing Solicitor to join our Residential Property Team at AFG Law.

This role involves leading and managing a varied caseload, including complex purchases and sales, leasehold matters, remortgages, Help to Buy transactions, apartments and new builds from instruction through to completion.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Checking legal title
• Preparing and issuing contract papers
• Drafting mortgage reports
• Reviewing search results
• Preparing completion statements and invoices
• Handling exchange and completion
• Supervising trainees, paralegals and administrative support

To be considered, you must be a qualified solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a strong understanding of complex residential conveyancing. You’ll also need to be self-motivated, highly organised and an excellent communicator, as well as being comfortable with leading and supervising others.

You’ll be fully supported by a friendly, close-knit team, with the opportunity to develop and grow within the role.
