This year, Peter Jensen, Solicitor and Director, turned 60 and set himself the challenge of earning the London Classic Medal. 🏅

After completing the 65 mile-long bike ride around Etape Loch Ness in May, he is now well underway with his swimming training. Peter is training hard for a 2-mile open-water swim in the Serpentine in London in September 2026.

Peter is doing this to raise money for three incredible charities, Macmillan, Wellbeing of Women and Samaritans. The current total is 890. If you are able to donate, Peter would be truly grateful.

On Friday 7th August, some of the PHH team had a fabulous day playing in the Law Society Charity Golf Day at North Shore Golf Course in Blackpool. This event is organised by our director, Tom Harrison, to raise money for Fylde Coast charities.

Tom thanks everyone who took part and is delighted to announce that £1,000 was raised, which will be split between two wonderful local charities: Trinity Hospice & Palliative Care Services and Official Donna's Dream House - Blackpool .

A huge thank you to all the competitors, supporters and sponsors for their generous support, and a special mention to Andrew Richardson and Vanda Richardson for their efforts to make the day as successful as possible.

Thank you also to Blackpool North Shore Golf Club for their fantastic hospitality. The food and the course were all first class.

Lastly, a special well done to our very own Joan, who won Ladies Long Drive!

We were delighted to see PHH featured in the Blackpool Gazette this week.

Our director, Helen, and solicitor, Katie, will be taking part in Will Aid again this November to raise money for the campaign's charities.

Will Aid supports vital work protecting vulnerable children and people facing hardship in the UK and around the world.

PHH has been part of Will Aid every November since 2002. Instead of charging our usual fee for a basic Will, we invite clients to donate. That has taken our total contribution beyond £25,135 to date.

We are proud to be involved, and grateful to every client who has taken part alongside us.
