⚖️ IMMIGRATION UPDATE FOR E-VISA

From today, you can now create an e-visa account without receiving an email invite from the Home Office via https://www.gov.uk/get-access-evisa if you have the following:

• BRP or BRC

• passport endorsements, such as indefinite leave to enter wet ink stamps

• vignette stickers in passports, such as entry clearance or visa vignettes

The sponsor was claiming Carers Allowance and Universal Credit and she met the Adequate Maintainance requirements and therefore was exempt from the £29000.00 Financial requirements.

The decision was received in 10 weeks from the date of submission (standard service).

We are delighted to announce that our client has successfully been granted settlement in the UK under the 10 years Long Residency route.
