At AWH Solicitors, we recently secured a £45,000 settlement for a client who suffered significant health issues due to prolonged exposure to damp and mould in her home. The client, a long-term resident of her property since 1997, experienced worsening conditions from 2012 onwards when the property fell into severe disrepair. At one stage, the client’s home even became flooded, further exacerbating the living conditions.

The client enlisted Sean Francis Ryan, raising a claim for respiratory health damages and housing disrepair compensation.
