My name is Chris Watson and I am a Residential Conveyancer working in partnership with national law firm Taylor Rose MW. I deal with sales and purchases of Freehold and Leasehold 🏡, Re-mortgages, Transfers of Equity, Buy to Lets, Retirement Apartments and New Builds.

In January 2023 I set up my own consultancy and became self-employed as I wanted a better work/life balance whilst at the same time being in control of how much work I take on. This allows me to provide clients with an even better level of service at affordable rates.

I believe in quality over quantity and in providing my clients with a bespoke personal service. Most of my work comes from client recommendations and repeat clients.

I pride myself in my excellent client service and communication skills and in getting my clients into their dream homes. Clients can be assured that if they call me I pick up my phone and I enjoy meeting my clients who are local face to face.

I am able to onboard clients from all over the country with a digital AML onboarding service. Therefore wherever you are I can act on your behalf.
