Great settlement on behalf of a client

We have recently settled a claim against a local Builder on behalf of our client for the defective workmanship to our clients garden.

The builder was contracted to carry out landscaping to our clients garden but the workmanship was defective leaving our client out of pocket and having to rectify the poor work.

We have now settled our clients claim for £12,000 in respect of the defective workmanship.

I love my job!

Alisha Butler, Director of Phoenix Solicitors, went to visit a client at home this evening to discuss their claim. These fresh eggs were taken from their garden and were given to her by the client who said "For everything you have done and are doing I would like to share my food with you as this is the only way I can repay you".
