We often get asked what services do we offer?
So here at J Birnie Property Services and our sister Business Yes Property Maintenance LTD, we look after all your property’s needs.
We work alongside Letting agents , Portfolio Landlords, Management companies and Private Property and cover all the aspects of maintenance from the roof to the ground, inside and out so that could be anything from a tap dripping to a full Redecoration or Refurbishment.
The second question we often get asked by potential customers is what do we charge for our services?
For the small jobs we charge £85 for the first hour and then £65 for the second hour on + any materials needed.
On larger jobs we offer a free no obligation quotation.
The third question is when can we carry the work out?
So while we have bookings weeks in advance we also leave availability each week for the last minute or rush jobs.
Our team also offer 24 hours call out for emergency works.
