Today, we are celebrating the qualification of Michelle Gimmi, who has completed her Training Contract and taken up a position as a solicitor in the Wills, Probate and Lifetime Planning team. Michelle's journey to qualification hasn't been an easy one as Covid hit midway causing delays and difficulties, but she has done it and the Woodfines team are delighted for her!

As part of Stress Awareness month, the People team, knowing how much everyone loves it, organised bingo with a twist! Over the month, Wellbeing Bingo was played by staff which involved them checking off various actions, some of which included:

🍵 Having a coffee or lunch with a colleague
📷 Taking a team photo
📱 Signing up and downloading the Calm and Thrive apps which are provided as staff benefits
🚶‍♂️ Taking a walk and sending in a photo
🍫 Updating your 'Favourites' list

Not only were the activities enjoyable and good for wellbeing and morale, it also encouraged the use of some of the benefits that are provided that perhaps had been overlooked.

Everyone likes a bit of competition so there was a prize involved and congratulations go to Anushri Maynard who successfully completed her card and won herself a Red Letter Day!

Well done to the People team and everyone who got a 'Full House'.

We once again had a brilliant day at the Bedfordshire Young Farmers Rally on Saturday hosting our clients and guests in our marquee, where the only thing missing was the sun! A great day and a great event with so much to see and do. A big thank you to all of our guests, our caterers Cast Iron Catering who as always were fabulous and to our staff who gave up their Saturday to be there. A successful day out of the office!
