Are you a detail-oriented legal professional with a passion for property law? We’re looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join our growing team!
About the Role
As a key part of our conveyancing department, you’ll be responsible for supporting residential (and possibly commercial) property transactions from instruction to completion. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their legal career in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
Handling sale and purchase files from start to finish (under supervision)
Preparing contract packs and reviewing legal documents
Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents and mortgage lenders
Conducting searches, ID checks and AML procedures
Managing deadlines and maintaining case files accurately
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a conveyancing role (essential)
Strong administrative and organisational skills
A client-focused approach with excellent communication
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office
