There is something pretty special about taking a moment to pause and celebrate how far you’ve come. ✨

Last week, our lovely team came together for our Summer Drinks evening. Our first opportunity to celebrate as a new team of four, with the brilliant Samantha Newton and Caroline Fell now officially part of our very exciting story.

It was also a chance to spend time with the incredible community around us, of fellow family lawyers, trusted professional connections and client advisers who share our commitment to supporting families with care, compassion and a better way forward.

While the British Summer had other ideas and denied us the rooftop sunset views we had planned, the warmth, energy and connection inside more than made up for it. As always, the most impeccable canapes from the wonderful accompanied the cocktails and bubbles and it all made for just the best night that just left us feeling beyond grateful to be on this journey.

Building something different in family law takes collaboration, trust and a community of people who believe there is a better way of doing things. We’re incredibly grateful to be surrounded by so many who support that vision.

So here’s to being surrounded by great people who share our belief that families deserve to move forward more positively when facing life’s biggest changes....and this exciting future ahead. 🥂

📍A NEW CHAPTER BEGINS…
We’re excited to share that from 15th April, One Family Law Solicitors will be moving into a new home in Bath.

This move marks an important step in our journey, creating a space that reflects who we are and how we work. Calm, collaborative and focused on helping couples move forward with clarity and dignity.

But this is just the beginning…

May brings something even bigger.

We’ve got some exciting news. Our team is growing in the best possible way to allow us to expand the support we offer, so we can help even more couples and families navigate separation in the most constructive, positive way.

We can’t wait to share more with you very soon.

For now, here’s to new spaces, fresh energy, and the next phase of One Family Law.

We didn’t set out to be “inspiring”.
We set out to do things differently because we knew there was a better way.

That's why we’re so incredibly humbled to share that both of our co-founding partners, Tina Marshall-Kelliher and Victoria Barnett have been named among The Business Exchange Bath & Somerset’s Most Inspiring Women 2026.

Even more so knowing this recognition comes from being voted for by others.

Being recognised in this way is a reminder of why we do what we do every day. We’re inspired by our clients’ courage, by the trust they place in us, and by the possibility of change when a calmer, more human approach to divorce is offered.

To help couples navigate separation with dignity, clarity and compassion.
To reduce conflict, protect children, and support families through one of life’s most difficult transitions.

To focus not on the end of a relationship, but on what comes after and how people can move forward with positivity and poise.
