This year’s World Cerebral Palsy Day is all about sharing the change we want to see.

As sponsors of Bristol City Cerebral Palsy Football Club, we’ve seen first hand the joy that opportunities in sport can bring to people with cerebral palsy.

Earlier this year, the BCCPFC had the amazing opportunity to play football at St George’s Park for the very first time.

The theme of the Conference is Transforming insight into ACTION for families living with brain injury.
