I contacted Jason on Monday, and he came out to see me on Wednesday evening at 7pm at the end of his very busy schedule. He was polite, friendly and respectful of my home and property. He very quickly traced 2 faults which required new parts and promised to return on Thursday. He arrived on time and fitted the new parts, he checked the system and everything worked brilliantly! Jason was excellent and very accessible when we needed follow up advice. He was able to think laterally to solve problems. Sadly our boiler broke on Christmas Day and Jason came out the day we contacted him. Even said he would have come out on Christmas Day if we had rung! At this time of year parts take a while to come through but this was no reflection on Jason. He ordered the part next working day, stayed in contact regularly whilst we waited and then went and picked it up personally to avoid further delays. Really nice guy and very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend and would use again!

First impressions were very positive. Jason was very quick to reply to emails and text messages and even called me to tell me a time of arrival on the day. He was very friendly, listened to my problem and I felt safe with him in my home. Jason worked quickly and with very little mess and sorted out the problem so my heating works again! He explained what he was doing as he went and made sure I was happy and had all questions answered before leaving.
Very reasonably priced for work completed.
Straight from the start Jason has been faultless with his professionalism and quality of work.
The first trades person in a while I'd have no issues in recommending to others and
having back to do further work.

Excellent, thorough work accomplished by one person. After I explained the issues he quickly arrived at a practical, workable solution of what could be achieved in the time available. He came prepared having one of the best pumps for the job, on the market. At every stage of the works, replacing pump and valves and cleaning the boiler, I was kept informed and I learned a lot. Different tests were carried out including tests to check the chimney, an added bonus and which I had never seen before, during previous maintenance checks. He is very knowledgeable and experienced and I would, definitely recommend him to other people. Thanks.
