Divorce Negotiator

Divorce Negotiator Divorce Negotiator will show you how to have an amicable divorce. A quick divorce. Keeping the cost Divorce Negotiator works with clients in England and Wales.

We look at divorce differently to the traditional approach by a solicitor. We work with both parties, negotiating to achieve a fairer, cost effective and amicable divorce. Having one divorce specialist deal with both parties immediately reduces the costs involved, the time taken to proceed through the divorce process and the likelihood of attending or getting involved in lengthy court battles. We

understand that every case is unique and we're sensitive to this fact, tailoring our expert guidance to meet both of your needs, helping you achieve a fair outcome which allows you to both move on with your lives. Although in many cases we work with both parties to come to a negotiated settlement, we do also work with just one party should it not be agreeable to come to the same negotiator. As trained divorce specialists, we are able to guide you on the best options for your divorce, provide a mediation service for both parties.

Just recently there appears to be a bout of people claiming they have suffered some form of molestation in order to have their soon to be ex to leave the marital home.

When one applies for this type of order it is with immediate effect.
Has the breakdown really got to the point where one needs to lie to get what they want?

I say lie because again, of recent I have also been shown evidence with the party sends a text or email, apologising and saying it didn’t happen, but is too late, the other one has already had their life turned upside down.

I even was involved in one where the lady, in this particular case, claimed she had been r***d seven years ago.

Solicitors are advising women to do this in order to get possession of the house when there are young children involved. Please be minded this is no permanent possession.

So how does one afford to just pop off and rent another property while still paying the mortgage.

Also, does a parent really want their children to see Mum or Dad homeless? The emotional stress this puts on a child is honestly unbelievable.
If you have had this done to you or are thinking of doing it, please get in touch.

More than just a divorce negotiator

Our client, lets call him James, originally came to Divorce Negotiator with help for his divorce, but it quickly became apparent he was in more need of additional legal help.

In a role as a McKenzie Friend, Carol was able to offer James advice to how to defend himself when additional allegations were made against him.
