Divorce Negotiator works with clients in England and Wales. We look at divorce differently to the traditional approach by a solicitor. We work with both parties, negotiating to achieve a fairer, cost effective and amicable divorce. Having one divorce specialist deal with both parties immediately reduces the costs involved, the time taken to proceed through the divorce process and the likelihood of attending or getting involved in lengthy court battles. We understand that every case is unique and we're sensitive to this fact, tailoring our expert guidance to meet both of your needs, helping you achieve a fair outcome which allows you to both move on with your lives. Although in many cases we work with both parties to come to a negotiated settlement, we do also work with just one party should it not be agreeable to come to the same negotiator. As trained divorce specialists, we are able to guide you on the best options for your divorce, provide a mediation service for both parties.

One additional tragedy that has worsened during the COVID-19 pandemic is the increase in domestic violence. Maintaining self-isolation is causing many families additional stress. Living in close proximity for an extended amount of time can put pressure on any relationship. Bring in to play, a violent partner, then things can quickly escalate to frightening situations.

Can Divorced Women afford to Retire?

Divorce is a very traumatic time for both parties. Often, for a mother, the priority in her mind is where am I and the kids going to live?

Can I afford a mortgage? Can I even get a mortgage? Or can I afford the rent on our current home?

A mother really wants as little disruption for her children as possible, so staying in the same house or staying in the same area are high priorities.
