📣 Helen in our Wales office offers daytime, evening or weekend appointments in the comfort of your own home!
We appreciate a lot of people do not wish to think about Wills, or losing capacity. People assume you only need a Will or Lasting Power of Attorney if you’re old. Sadly, this is not the case and every single person who owns a property, business or have children, absolutely should have a Will in place. If you die intestate (without a Will), it will leave a lot for your family to sort out, and this can be very expensive! Helen is always happy to have a chat and talk through any questions you may have.
For our parents/grandparents, Lasting Powers of Attorney are so important, something Helen, herself, witnessed first hand when her Grandma lost capacity without a Lasting Power of Attorney in place.
Helen offers evening and weekend appointments as let’s be honest, who wants to be using their annual leave to go and see a Solicitor between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday......
