2️⃣ Check your title – Make sure you understand what you own, including any boundaries, rights or restrictions affecting the property.

3️⃣ Get your paperwork ready – Having the relevant property information available can help avoid delays once you’ve accepted an offer.

4️⃣ Think about your onward move – If you’re buying another property, consider how your sale and purchase will fit together.

5️⃣ Instruct your solicitor early – You don’t have to wait until you’ve accepted an offer. Getting your conveyancer involved early can help get the legal process moving.

Directors Daniel Jones and David Raybould swapped the office for the padel court this morning at the Barnsley FC Community Trust Padel Networking event.

It was a fantastic opportunity to meet other local businesses and support a brilliant organisation within the Barnsley community.

As for the padel… its best they both stick to the day jobs for now! 😂

A big thank you to Barnsley FC Community Trust for organising such an enjoyable morning. We’re already looking forward to the next one!
