Black Hay were delighted to act on behalf of Costley & Costley Hoteliers Limited in the sale of the prestigious Lochgreen House Hotel, Monktonhill Road, Troon. The transaction involved the careful management of the due diligence, contract preparation, and the coordination of all aspects of the transaction to meet the desired timescales. The successful completion of this sale reflects our commitment to delivering practical, commercially focused legal advice while protecting our client's interests. We are very proud to have assisted in this transaction and wish Bill, Cath and the rest of the Costley family continued success at their remaining business at Highgrove House Hotel also in Troon.

Bill and Cath Costley are selling Lochgreen House Hotel in Troon to the Cumnock-based RAD Group.
