We will soon be welcoming our brand-new New Business Adviser to our busy team! 🎉

With this position now filled, we will no longer be accepting applications. However, we have a new opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join us.

This is a permanent, full-time position; however, for the right candidate, we are open to part-time, hybrid, or job-share arrangements.

We’re looking for a self-starter and qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE who will be a great fit for our friendly team.

The Frazer Coogans team is growing, and we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our highly respected Residential Conveyancing Team.

Who Are You?
🤝 A confident and friendly individual
💼 A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE
📩 Capable of managing your own caseload

📢 We're hiring a New Business Advisor!

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the skilled team at Frazer Coogans.

We're looking for a motivated and organised New Business Advisor to join our busy New Business Department.

Key responsibilities include:
🗣️ Communicating with clients, answering queries over the phone, and liaising directly with clients and estate agents.
📩 Formally submitting property offers to estate agents on behalf of our clients.
🖥️ Completing daily administrative tasks to support a fast-paced new business workflow.

We're looking for someone with:
✔️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✔️ Strong attention to detail.
✔️ The ability to manage their workload effectively and independently.
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with case management systems.
✔️ The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Legal or estate agency experience is preferred but not essential, as full role-specific training will be provided.
