Mandy Loveridge is a Private Client Chartered Legal Executive who joined Scott Rowe in 2002 as a Legal Secretary.

After studying for the Higher National Diploma in Legal Practice, which gave her knowledge and experience in all areas of law, Mandy has subsequently qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive specialising in Private Client and Probate work. Mandy focuses particularly on property matters, Wills, Inheritance Tax Planning and Powers of Attorney. She is also a Trust and Estate Practitioner, having passed the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioner’s Diploma in Trusts and Estates.

Carol Hawley is the Senior Trust and Estate Practitioner and Head of Department who joined Scott Rowe Solicitors in 1994, working in the Probate/Elderly Client department.

Having qualified as a Trust and Estate Practitioner in 2011, Carol is also a member of Solicitors for the Elderly and, in 2017, obtained the STEP Advanced Certificate in Advising Vulnerable clients.

Carol is constantly looking at ways she can improve her department, and her commitment to a continuous drive towards excellence is reflected in her work for her clients, as Mr T. London put it:
