Getting the asking price right from day one can make a huge difference to how quickly your property sells — and ultimately what you achieve.

Too high ❌ and you risk fewer viewings, sitting on the market and eventually needing reductions.

Too low ❌ and you could leave money on the table.

The sweet spot is a realistic price that attracts the right buyers, creates genuine interest and gives you the best opportunity to achieve the strongest possible offer.

Well, at 7:30pm on a Friday, your high street agent is probably thinking about their night out or what they’re getting up to this weekend.
