Another small job completed for a customer in Wokingham 👌

Yes — a patch is always a patch… but this one was causing a leak inside the property, so it needed sorting properly.

Works carried out:
• Removed 150mm of pebble dash render from the bottom bead
• Sealed along the damaged area
• Base coat render using sharp sand
• Top coat with plastering sand
• Finished with a fresh shingle dash

Leak repaired and customer happy 🙌
Just needs a few coats of Sandtex paint to finish it off nicely 🎨

This one was for one of our landlords we look after in Guildford — task was simple: remove the old shed roof, replace with 18mm OSB board, re-felt, and clear out the rubbish.
