Hugh is a Legal Admin Assistant at SLJ Solicitors, committed to aiding the team to allow for a swift and smooth service.

Having lived in Ash his whole life, Hugh is passionate about helping the local community and ensuring that they receive the support they need.

Additionally, Hugh has a keen interest in the law, and is eager to learn and gain a wider understanding of the intricacies of Private Client Law in order to best assist in dealing with the complexities of each case.

We are looking to recruit a Legal Admin Assistant to work 2 hours a day Mon-Fri.

As part of the role, you will:

➡️Support the team with a broad range of administrative tasks, including the preparation of letters, filing opening, printing and engrossing documents and typing letters and documents through digital dictation.

➡️You will assist with arranging appointments and dealing with new enquiries.

➡️You will be responsible for opening and scanning all incoming post and outgoing post.

➡️ This is a self employed role and experience in dealing with accounts, Microsoft inc Excel and typing is essential.

➡️ The rate is based on experience starting from £13 an hour.

➡️ You will be required to attend the office Ash.
