Drink drive limit now 22 microgrammes per 100 ml of breath. You can't accurately calculate that as a number of drinks. The offence can result in imprisonment and has a minimum 12 month ban. If you refuse to give a sample, or give a reading around 2.5 times the limit, or you've been convicted of a similar offence previously then you may also lose the vehicle. A second conviction in 10 years is a minimum 3 year ban. Enjoy your works night out, get a taxi home x

Remember that the drink drive limit in Scotland changes at midnight tonight - the legal limit will now be 50mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood. Don't get caught out.
