Applications are still open for the Legal Assistant position available in our Residential Property Team.

Hours: 27.5 hours a week (flexible around school hours)
Salary: Dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting conveyancing fee earners in residential property transactions
• Opening and maintaining client files on our systems
• Communicating with clients, estate agents and solicitors to keep parties informed
• Preparing and managing files for completion, including dealing with the Land Registry, HMRC and mortgage lenders

You will need to be:

• Motivated and able to use initiative
• Used to working in a team
• Capable of using Microsoft Office and other required software (training provided)
• Flexible towards daily tasks

Legal admin experience is desirable, but training for the role will be provided.

Senior Solicitor – Private Client

• Part-time or full-time considered
