Last November, obtained from the Paris Court :
1. the nullity of 3 European patents,
2. the non-infringement of a 4th European patent,
3. the condemnation of the patent holder for denigration.

Between 2010-2016, the Paris 1st instance Court nullified an average of 10 European patents each year.

So, this year, obtained the nullity of nearly 1/3 of all European patents about to be nullified by the Paris Court in 2017 in one single case.

An appeal against the decision is still possible.
