One of the most rewarding parts of our job is finding out what happens after the keys have been handed over and our clients begin their new lives in Occitanie. ❤️ After nine years in this business, I have yet to meet someone who regrets making the move here. Hearing that our clients have found not just a house, but a place that truly feels like home, is a wonderful reminder of why we love what we do.

🏡 Harriet and Ben’s story is a perfect example, and we’re delighted to share their journey with you.

Amazing day in Toulouse with the team…we all managed to successfully escape the escape room..some of us took longer than others though 🙈.

However, fun was had by all.

It’s official, BEST TEAM EVER. 🩷

Almost a year ago, to the day, I had the pleasure of helping these lovely English buyers find and purchase their dream domaine and gîtes.

Today, I was lucky enough to be invited to the launch of their new branding and to see the exciting vision they have created for the property.

What a lovely moment it was.✨

Over the past year, they’ve worked incredibly hard to find their feet, settle into a new life and, most importantly, put their own personality and stamp on the domaine. They’ve taken the dreams and ideas they had when they first bought the property and, step by step, turned them into something very real.

It was particularly special to meet the wonderful friends and connections they’ve made along the way and to see the community they’ve already built around them.

As an agent, there is something incredibly rewarding about seeing what happens after the sale — watching buyers settle in, make a place their own and turn their vision into reality. Days like today are a lovely reminder of why I love what I do. ❤️

I’m so pleased for them and wish them every success as they embark on this exciting next chapter. I have a feeling this is just the beginning!

And if you’re looking for a beautiful holiday destination, or somewhere to rent for the winter months, do get in touch with them. They would be delighted to hear from you.

Here’s to new beginnings, brave decisions and dreams becoming reality. 🥂✨

Sometimes being an agent commercial in France is about a little more than measurements, photos and property visits! 😄🇫🇷

I work a lot with international clients, and part of the job is making sure they have someone on the ground when they can’t be here themselves.

My client is currently overseas and, due to health reasons, isn’t able to return to France — so today I’m helping out with the removals! 📦

I’ve set up a little office in the front room and I’m answering calls and emails in between emptying cupboards, moving boxes and ticking things off the checklist to make sure everything that needs to go… goes! 😂

Not quite the usual day at the office, but that’s the thing I love about this job — sometimes you just have to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.

Going the extra mile for my clients, one box at a time! 💪📦❤️
