We need to change our mindset and get govt to be accountable and provide needful assistance

1. Govt needs to provide mothers for the first born a 2 years of pay so that she can look after the child and be able to be emotionally physically present with the child - off course it should be her choice but if we provide this there could not be ahy burden in the family or paying nanny to look after the child - the second child should be 1 year and the third child 6 month - no leave for 4th or thereafter - do need to control population as well - the right is to the mother - this applies to working mothers and the payment by govt should be full pay at the average of the previous year
2 govt needs to pay teenager and young adults under 26 at university a minimum allowance be provided to the child to pay board rent travel abd living expenses - this will encourage teenager to remain at school to complete university - this is to limited to the term of the undergraduate course plus a year
3. The vehicles owned or leased by govt needs to end - the only travelling should be hy foot buses and vehicles need to be hired if travelling out of Suva - parliamentarians need to follow the same - govt needs to learn to travel like the common person and not travel on public funded vehicles - we talk about co2 emissions but do not walk the talk
3 food vouchers should be made available to the public esp those who are in the city areas who are earning less than $10k per annum so that their health is not compromised - the social assistance and tax system needs to reviewed - we hv a tax system where not everyone pays tax
4 the practice of Wednesday wellness needs to end - govt offices need to be open and operational Monday to Friday between 8 to 430 / they are paid from private citizens taxes corporate taxes
5 every investor who has had tax free benefit needs to be reviewed and told to go home - if they cannot pay taxes what’s the point - employment is not the only consideration -
6 itaukei land trust board needs to end - its role as a protector at a time when most itaukei were illiterate has hune past use by datec-
Itaukei land should be given proper titje so that they can decide on how to deal with their land - this will generate direct income negotiation on lease Iand use of land -we need all citizens to be equally treated and the majority should learn to enter financial market on their own rather than govt protection
7 the gcc should hv no part in govt - their role is traditional not political - tax payers or any fund should not fund an entity which wants to alienate other ethnicity from political position - plus they are mostly tainted as coup sympathizers- we need the itaukei to be leaders who are competent not those who are chiefs only - the skills of leadership has chanted and we are need to adapt

We hv aged leadership where the older people of our grandparents generation do not wish to give up their role - if you do not leadership handover in your lifetime then off course that body will collapse

Time we put use by date on leadership

Sounds cruel but rather have a young adult fumble than a person in 50s

19/06/2023

We are continuously rushing from one thing to another as if our life depended on it

08/03/2022

You have assets, real estate, bonds, shares, cash at bank
- get a Will done- it does not need to be complicated
- you need to appoint a trustee - who you trust will do your work
- beneficiaries - your obligation - provide to spouse, parents or children depending on dependency
-then to give as you wish
Will needs 2 people to witness your signature
Call a lawyer, get advice and prepare your Will
Make sure that you have changed your nominee for FNPF after marriage or divorce as they become invalid
keep your nomination uptodate
You never know when is time to say - bye universe

01/03/2022

Women whose vaccination card name and passport do not match because you took your husband's surname - please do not take the silly action of adding your husband's surname to your birth name- not only will your BC change your marriage certificate name ought to change, your children's BC will change as mother name has changed - just pay a lawyer to get a statutory declaration - it is a simply solution. Don;t take your name away from yourself

18/01/2022

The most important thing is to know what you have - monies assets and debts - then work from there to reduce or increase

12/12/2021

How do we write to the employer is important- this person is going to judge you on your first impression - so do not use hi there or hello there - if you are unsure whether it is male or female - write dear sir/ madam but as a person it is your responsibility to find out who you are addressing it to - if we value ourselves we will put that value in our conduct which includes written application
