Hire Purchase Agreement Dispute

Joji purchased a refrigerator and mobile phone on hire purchase. He was verbally informed that repayments would start in December. However, upon receiving the agreement, he found repayments were to commence in September, and he noticed a money transfer from another account to cover a late fee.
