👨‍👩‍👧 A family was facing deportation from Finland after the entrepreneur’s residence permit application of the sponsor was rejected despite years of established business activity in Finland.

💰 The authorities questioned whether the company had sufficient prospects for profitable business and whether their livelihood was secured.

✅ However, by the time of the appeal, there was significant new evidence showing that the sponsor was clearly exceeding the 15 000e annual income level of an entrepreneur and all debt payments had been carried out accordingly.

🤝 There was also concrete evidence that the business continued to grow with new collaborations.

🏆 We therefore appealed the decision and requested that the deportation should be stopped while the Administrative Court considers the case. The Court stopped the enforcement of the family’s deportation.

⚖️ This case shows why up-to-date evidence can be crucial in entrepreneur residence permit cases. A company's situation can change significantly between the original decision and the appeal.

✈️ Another student saved upon his arrival to Finland!
