'አገር ማለት ሰው ነው' እውነታ ሚኖረው የአገሬ ሰው መሬትን ሳይረግጥ! ወይ እንደመላዕክት ክንፍ ኖሮት የበረረ ለት ነው። ስለሆነም እንደ ሰላም ሚኒሰቴር ሁሉ የመሬት አስተዳደር ሚኒሰቴር እንዲኖር ያሻል።

የአሜሪካ ዓለም አቀፍ ልማት ኤጀንሲ በባህር ዳር ዩኒቨርስቲ ውስጥ የተመሰረተውን የመሬት ምርምርና ልማት ትስስር (ኔትዎርክ) በይፋ መከፈቱን አበሰረ:
የምርምር ትስስሩ በኢትዮጵያ በመሬት ጉዳዮች ዙሪያ የሚደረጉ የምርምር ሥራዎች ለብሔራዊ ልማት በሚውሉበት አቅጣጫ ላይ የሚያተኩር ይሆናል

የሐገራችን መሬት እጅግ ከመስፍቱ የተነሳ ከራሳችን አልፎ ለጎረቤት ሐገሮች እንኳን ይተርፋል
ታዲያ ይሔ መሬት ለንዑሶች ወደ ልማታዊ ባለሃብትነት መሸጋገሪያ ድልድይ ሲሆን
ለገሚሱ ሕዝብ ግን የመሰረታዊ ፍላጎት (መጠለያ) ችግር ወይም ብሶት ከሆነ እነሆ የአንድ ትውልድ ዘመን ሊሆን ነው ፡፡
መቸ ይሆን ታዲያ ይሄ ልማዳዊ የመሬት አስተዳደር ስርዓት ዘምኖ ፍትሃዊ የመሬት ስርጭት የምናየው???

Economic advantage of land. Economists frequently refer to land along with labor, capital, and management as one of the basic factors of production. Land as property has legal connotations and could be described as individuals or groups have been exercise rights of ownership and use they hold in land. And from stand point of the average investors, land must be purchased or leased like other capital goods, so land could be described as capital.

every country round the world govern the LAND sector on the MINISTER level but Ethiopia which rank third in Africa on land coverage, govern urban land on ministry of construction and house development , rural land on the ministry of agriculture; on a sector LEVEL. WHAT IS THE RATIONALE BEHIND?
