Safari has announced that it will start its operation in this month. My question is that, beside the fact that our government through its operation in ethiotel have not yet realized protection from EMF effect in our health, how far Ethiopian government is ready to realize Safari's commitment on ICNIRP level standard to address the EMF effect on human health? The question is based on our proclamation no. 300/2002 on Environmental Pollution Control. And the question is for ethiotel an Ethiopian government.

ሳፋሪ በዚህ ወር ስራውን እንደሚጀምር አስታውቋል። የኔ ጥያቄ መንግስታችን በኢትዮቴል ባደረገው ኦፕሬሽን በጤናችን ላይ ከ RMF (አደገኛ ወይም ከፍተኛ ጨረር) የሚጠበቀውን ጥበቃ እስካሁን ያደረገዉ ጥረት ባይታይም፣ የኢትዮጵያ መንግስት የEMF በሰው ጤና ላይ የሚያስከትለውን ጉዳት ለመቅረፍ በICNIRP መስፈርት ደረጃ ያለውን ቁርጠኝነት እውን እንዲያደርግ ከSafari ጋር ምን ተስማምተዋል፣ በምን መልኩ ለመቆጣጠርስ ተዘጋጅቷል ? ጥያቄው በአዋጃችን ቁ. 300/2002 ስለ የአካባቢ ብክለት ቁጥጥር መሰረት ያደረገና ለኢትዮ ቴሌኮም እና ለኢትዮዽያ መንግስት የቀረበ ነው።
