From an original standard 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms villa, now the family enjoys 5 newly designed bedrooms, 6 new bathrooms and a very functional laundry room.
The clients wished to maximize the natural light and space, and our team managed to achieve that by removing unnecessary walls, along with opening the space in the kitchen that now flows into the living room.
Installing an entrance sliding glass door, as well with a glass door to go in the patio area, makes the house feels larger, brighter and more inviting.
Also with our technicians installing new doors and windows, the new air conditioning system, and new electrical and plumbing, made the property completely up to date with safety and comfort.
