If there are any disputes pertaining to a purchase or sale then the governing body will oversee the discrepancies and are they are able to make their own ruling which the API estate agent must obey as a final ruling.

After the sweltering summer break, GA Cleanup is back! This week, a fantastic group of volunteers met at Masa Square in Gran Alacant for an hour of litter picking in the surrounding area.

With perfect weather for being outdoors, everyone rolled up their sleeves and got to work, collecting numerous bags of rubbish along the way 👏

A huge thank you to all our wonderful volunteers who gave up their time to help keep Gran Alacant clean and tidy. Every little effort makes a difference! 🌍
