Architectural freedom, without compromising Sotogrande’s character 🏡🌿

Sotogrande’s planning regulations allow owners considerable creative freedom. Rather than imposing one architectural style, the focus is placed on building height, plot coverage and the distance between neighbouring properties.

In Sotogrande Alto, homes can generally occupy a smaller proportion of the plot than in Sotogrande Costa, helping to maintain the spacious surroundings, mature greenery and sense of privacy for which the area is known.

That commitment to low-density development was central to Sotogrande’s original vision; and it remains one of its greatest strengths today.
