Adriana Pérez Legal Services SL is here to keep you informed about the latest changes in the holiday rental regulations. Starting this February, all holiday rental operators must submit their information to the new registration system.

Failure to comply with this requirement will result in the revocation with the land registry of your NRUA (Single registration number for rentals)! 🏖️

Here are the key points to remember:
1. ✅**Registration Deadline**: Ensure your information is submitted before the deadline (this year, from 2nd February until 2 march, both inclusive)
2. ✅**Documentation**:The new N2 information form must be downloaded and completed from the registrars' website (www.registradores.org)
3.✅**Submission: It can be either submitted electronically or on paper to the relevant property registry.
4. ✅**Consequences of Non-compliance**: Be aware that failing to register could lead to losing your ability to operate legally.

Tonight is a truly magical night in Spain: El Día de los Reyes Magos, or Three Kings' Day! ✨

This ancient tradition celebrates the arrival of the Three Wise Men who brought gifts to baby Jesus. Children eagerly await the Kings' parade (Cabalgata de Reyes) and go to bed early, hoping to wake up to presents left by Melchior, Caspar, and Balthazar. It's a day filled with joy, family, and delicious Roscón de Reyes!
