Are you interested in renting your property short term? Did you know that you need a touristic license to do so?

Within the Comunidad Valenciana, under the Valencian Law “Ley 15/2018, 7 de junio, de la Generalitat, de turismo, ocio, y hospitalidad de la Comunidad Valenciana”, it is a requirement to hold such license to be able to rent your property out short term. With this comes a registration number provided by the Valencian Government which allows you to publish your property for rent on websites such as Airbnb & Booking.com, and certifies the legitimacy of your property.
