This is what all the fuss is about…all 20 golf courses have properties on them. Not all are equal!! If you would like some help in choosing your place in the sun you’re in the right place. Fantastic new restaurant opened on Hacienda Del Alamo Golf Resort last week and yours truly was happy to inspect. Fairways Gastro Bar has stunning views across the golf course to the mountains beyond through huge floor to ceiling windows. Lovely menu ( Jack Daniels Ribs, Pork Fillets, Sizzling Chilli & Garlic Prawns etc ) and reasonable prices will make this one a winner. Plus the owner is just lovely..... There is a real buzz around the resort at the moment with this new bar, a second bar opening soon across the square AND a new take away food store opening this week.
Compared to other resorts that are sadly losing facilities HDA continues to get better and better...
If you are considering buying a property on a Golf Resort you have to visit Hacienda Del Alamo Golf Resort. There's a huge 3 Bed / 2 Bath Apartment slap bang in the centre reduced from 140ke to 126ke.....yep a smidge over £100k

Altaona Golf Village is really impressive. Many lots sold and the golf course opening all 18 holes before Christmas! Take a look….This resort will have a separate entrance and a new village square. Once that is built you’ll be paying a lot more for sure.
