Everyone talks about the beach at Cala Galdana, but today we’re talking about the food. 😍

After a morning of crystal-clear waters and pure relaxation, we stopped at La Cala Pizzeria Gourmet, and honestly, we couldn’t have chosen a better spot—it won us over from the very first bite.

We started by sharing:
✨ Cantabrian anchovies
✨ Harry’s Bar-style carpaccio
✨ Rosemary focaccia
✨ Porchetta with cucumbers and mostarda

Then came the stars of the lunch:
🍕 Burrata and mortadella pizza
🍝 Orecchiette with sausage ragù
🥩 Rosemary beef fillet with roasted potatoes

Spoiler alert: we saved a little room for dessert, and it was absolutely worth it…
🍰 Mahón DOP cheesecake
🥧 Pizza topped with artisanal pistachio cream 🤤

Todo el mundo habla de la playa de Cala Galdana, nosotras hoy os hablamos de la comida. 😍

Después de una mañana entre aguas cristalinas y relax, nos detuvimos en La Cala Pizzeria Gourmet y es que no pudimos elegir mejor, ya que nos conquistó desde el primer bocado.

Empezamos compartiendo:
✨ Anchoas del Cantábrico
✨ Carpaccio al estilo Harry’s Bar
✨ Focaccia al romero
✨ Porchetta con pepinos y mostarda

Luego llegaron los protagonistas del almuerzo:
🍕 Pizza de burrata y mortadela
🍝 Orecchiette con ragú de salchicha
🥩 Filete de ternera al romero con patatas asadas

Spoiler: dejamos un poco de espacio para el postre, y mereció la pena…
