✨España prepara una regularización extraordinaria de personas extranjeras, que permitirá obtener autorización de residencia y trabajo en todo el territorio y sectores.

Está dirigida a personas que se encuentren en España antes del 31 de diciembre de 2025, incluidos solicitantes de asilo, siempre que cumplan los requisitos legales.

El permiso inicial será de 1 año, con posibilidad de acceso posterior al régimen ordinario, y permitirá trabajar desde la admisión a trámite.
Además, la regularización de hijos menores podrá realizarse de forma simultánea.
