Las denuncias falsas constituyen un delito contra la Administración de Justicia, ya que se puede ver perjudicada por intentar condenar a una persona inocente.

En caso de recibir una denuncia falsa, deberás reunir las pruebas de que no has cometido los hechos por los que se te imputa y que por lo tanto la denuncia no es cierta.

La denuncia falsa se puede castigar según nuestro Código Penal:
➡️Delito grave de denuncia falsa, con entre 6 y 12 meses de carcel
➡️Delito menos grave de denuncia falsa, con una multa
➡️Delito leve de denuncia falsa, con una pequeña multa

If you receive a false report, you must gather evidence that you have not committed the acts for which you are accused and that therefore the report is not true.

The false report can be punished according to our Penal Code:
➡️Serious crime of false report, with between 6 and 12 months in jail
➡️Last serious crime of false report, with a fine
➡️Mild crime of false report, with a small fine

¿Qué es el Impuesto de Plusvalía en Herencias y quién lo paga?🏡

El impuesto de Plusvalía es un impuesto local que grava el incremento experimentado en un inmueble de naturaleza urbana en los últimos 20 años, desde que se adquiere hasta que se transmite.

En lo que a sucesiones y herencias se refiere, Tendrá que pagar este impuesto el heredero del bien inmueble si se encuentra en suelo de naturaleza urbana y no rústica. Si decide vender el inmueble y no quedarse con él, deberá pagar la plusvalía de forma doble. Es decir, una como heredero y otra como vendedor. Salvo que la venda dentro del período de un año desde que la recibió en herencia, en cuyo caso, estará exento de pagar plusvalía por la venta.

What is the Inheritance Capital Gains Tax and who pays it? 🏡

The Capital Gains tax is a local tax that is levied on the increase experienced in an urban property in the last 20 years, from the moment it is acquired until it is transmitted.

As far as successions and inheritances are concerned, the heir of the real estate will have to pay this tax if it is located on land of an urban and non-rustic nature. If you decide to sell the property and not keep it, you will have to pay the capital gain twice. That is, one as heir and the other as a seller. Unless you sell it within the period of one year from when you received it as an inheritance, in which case, you will be exempt from paying capital gains on the sale.
