Another busy and successful week !! 👏🏼
A small recap of some our highlights;
- Drafting rental contracts ✍️
- Signing title deeds (like we did here with a PoA for our client) 🔑
- Applying for NIE numbers at the police station ⌨️
- Translating and revising reservation and purchase contracts 🖥️
- Receiving clients in the office for a consultation ☕️
- Arranging valuations for clients that are applying for a mortgage 🏠
- Opening Spanish bank accounts 💳
- Helping clients that have just bought to communicate their snagging lists to the developers 🧱
- Calculating and preparing an estimate of costs for a donation 💶
- And lastly, but just as importantly, getting the office into December vibes; the Christmas tree and decorations are up! 🎄
