This house didn’t come to us finished. We saw it come to life from the very beginning.

From the first plans to the choice of materials, construction, outdoor spaces and the final details before handing over the keys. A full turnkey project in which we were able to guide the client through the entire process and turn an idea on paper into a real home.

And that is probably one of the most rewarding parts of what we do: not just selling homes, but creating them.

Seeing this property finished today, with its architecture, natural light, garden, pool and that unmistakable Mediterranean connection between indoor and outdoor living, reminds us of everything that goes into a well-designed and carefully executed project.

September is coming, and with it, a month full of opportunities to connect, contribute and share.

At Vives Pons, we believe that being part of the community goes far beyond our day to day work. That’s why this September we’ll be taking part in several events focused on charity, networking, collaboration and sponsorships.

A complete renovation is not only about transforming what happens inside the walls.

At Villa Doreena, the exterior spaces were an essential part of the project from the very beginning. The landscape was redesigned to give the property a new identity and create a stronger connection between the house, the garden and its privileged beachfront setting.

Natural stone, Mediterranean planting, sculptural olive trees, palms, water features and carefully integrated lighting were combined to create different outdoor environments while maintaining a clean and cohesive design throughout the property.

Every element has a purpose: defining pathways, framing views, creating atmosphere, enhancing privacy and extending the architecture into the landscape.

Exterior design doesn’t begin where architecture ends.

At Villa Coombe, every element of the landscape is part of the overall design: sculptural olive trees, cypress trees defining the pathways, palms, natural stone, transition areas, and carefully considered planting that complements the clean geometry of the house.

It helps organise the spaces, create privacy, frame views, provide shade, guide the approach to the house, and connect the architecture naturally with its Mediterranean surroundings.

A few days ago, we showed you the extension of this home.
Today, we are going back to where the project began: the main house.

A home designed to make the most of natural light, the views, and the constant connection between indoor and outdoor living. Open spaces, warm materials, clean lines, and contemporary architecture created to enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle all year round.

Every room follows the same idea: to create a home that is functional, elegant, and fully connected to its surroundings, taking care of everything from the layout and construction to the final interior details.

And that is exactly why, when the time came to extend the property, the new space had to integrate naturally with the original architecture.
