A short note about our Property Care from some recent clients.

"We recently purchased our dream apartment in Los Olivos, Marbella.
After visiting many properties, our agent introduced us to Ian and Paul at Los Arqueros Estate Agents to view their apartments at Los Olivos. We viewed several properties, accompanied by Paul who provided us with lots of information about the resort and the local area. We found a wonderful apartment and proceeded with the sale.
Unfortunately due to Covid-19, we have still been unable to visit our property, however Ian and Paul have gone above and beyond all of our expectations in keeping us informed and preparing the apartment for our arrival. They send us a weekly video of the property and the resort and ensure we have all the information we need.
They have arranged and facilitated furniture deliveries, provided measurements and moved items in and out of the property. They have even arranged for locks to be changed for us. Nothing was too much trouble for then so that the when we arrive in July, the apartment will be ready for us to move straight in.
Thank you both for all of your hardwork and support.

Starting May 2020 - Los Arqueros Property Care by Los Arqueros Estates from €50 per month

I have taken the decision to offer all owners & vendors our new service Los Arqueros Property Care, a property inspection & management service.
This is not something we have done for many years since selling our management company in 2013 with 120+ properties, however recent events have forced our hand somewhat.
As I write this however, Spain and many other countries are now in what looks like it will be a long period of lockdown, with national borders closed, internal movement limited and everyday life totally altered.
In the meantime, what I can do is offer some helpful advice for foreign homeowners, who reside overseas and have a second home here in Spain.
The property market has almost immediately stagnated and is likely to experience significant upheaval the longer the coronavirus pandemic lasts.
Our new service is following numerous requests from owners and a result of messages and emails from community administrators, clients and newspaper reports from recent days.
Communities are warning of burst pipes and leaks, they have been using gardeners to close external stopcocks which is not ideal.
Also with the risk of burglary or worse still squatters which is a huge area of concern, the recent warnings in the Olive Press were highly alarming relating to squatters’ rights here in Spain.
Consider you might you not be allowed to travel to your property for 6-12 months.
Initial 1st check for lights / security / leaks
Air the property weekly
Check security
Check or cut the power and water as required
Send video report with each visit
To this end we offer you our services from 1st May 2020.
