AMNESTY UPDATE – ADMISSION LETTERS 16 JUNE 2026
We know that many applicants are worried because they submitted their Amnesty application weeks ago and still have not received the admission letter.
Please do not worry if you have not received it yet.
The percentages shown in our update are based only on MSM Legal Consulting office cases. They are not official statistics from Immigration.
These figures help show how admission letters are being received over time. As we can see, older applications are moving first, while many applications submitted later are still waiting.
Among our office cases:
• Applications submitted up to 23 April: around 71% have received the admission letter
• Applications submitted from 24 April to 30 April: around 35% have received the admission letter
• Applications submitted from 1 May to 15 May: around 29% have received the admission letter
• Applications submitted from 16 May to 31 May: around 4% have received the admission letter
• Applications submitted from 1 June to 16 June: 0% have received the admission letter so far
This means that many people are still waiting, especially those who submitted their application in late May or June.
If you have not received your admission letter yet, this is still normal.
This delay does not mean that your application has been refused. It simply means that the file is still waiting to be processed or updated by the Immigration Office.
We are monitoring our clients’ cases and we will contact each client as soon as we receive any admission letter, requerimiento, or resolution.
Thank you for your patience.
