Major update to Dominica’s Program 🇩🇲🔊
Dominica has announced that new citizens will now be required to visit the country in person to receive and renew their passports.
Key changes:
🔹 In-person passport collection is now mandatory.
🔹 Passport renewals will also require a visit to Dominica.
🔹 The change ends the country’s long-standing “no-visit” citizenship model.
🔹 The move aligns with broader Caribbean CBI reforms and enhanced compliance standards.
Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit stated that the new requirement aims to help citizens build a stronger connection with Dominica’s people, culture, and future.
