Sometimes, you just need to take a moment to enjoy life. ☀️🚤🌊
📍Javea

Last week, we spent some time on the water along the beautiful coastline of Jávea. Sunshine on our faces, a gentle sea breeze, and breathtaking views of the cliffs, hidden coves, and the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean. 💙

These are the moments that remind me how special this part of Spain really is.
No schedule, no rush—just enjoying the peace, the space, and the beauty of life by the sea.

It’s exactly this combination of 🐟🐠nature, climate, and relaxed Mediterranean living that makes the 🌍Costa Blanca such a wonderful place to be.

Sometimes, a few hours out on the water are all it takes to recharge and appreciate the simple things in life. 🌴😎

See you soon!! 😄

What a wonderful surprise to end the week nardia makelaars | nardia real estate agency

Recently, we’ve helped Dutch clients find their dream apartment in the green hills of Altea.

They are already enjoying their new life under the Spanish sun.
Today we were completely surprised at the office with a big box filled with delicious products from their own company. 🎁😋

The package also included a lovely handwritten note thanking my colleague and the entire nardia team for the service and support throughout the purchase of their new home.

Honestly, these are the moments that make our work so rewarding. Of course, we help people find their perfect property on the Costa Blanca every day, but in the end, it’s all about the people behind each purchase and the wonderful stories that come with it. ❤️

To our clients: thank you so much for your trust, your kind words, and this amazing gesture. We wish you many happy memories, sunny days, and wonderful years ahead in your apartment in Altea! ☀️🏡🌴

From the entire nardia team: thank you, and enjoy your Spanish adventure! 😃🍀

Have a fantastic weekend everyone! ☀️🌴🍹

We zien dagelijks veel mooie woningen… maar sommige blijven toch nét even extra hangen.

Prettig weekend!!

Thank you! Always a pleasure to receive something like this 🙏

A thoughtful gift with typical Dutch treats from happy clients — and a great reminder of why we do what we do🙂

A lot of our work happens behind the scenes. It’s not always visible, and often goes unnoticed… but moments like this mean a lot.

Grateful for the trust, and even more for the result: happy 🇱🇺clients ready to enjoy their new home in Spain 🇪🇸
