🌿 A Little Story About Finding Calm… 🌿
There was a time when life felt a bit too fast, a bit too loud. Then one morning, I rolled out a yoga mat and tried my very first Dru Yoga class. Within minutes, something shifted. My body softened, my breath deepened, I felt lighter.
What drew me in wasn’t perfection or performance — it was how doable it felt. Gentle movements, beautiful music, simple sequences that let tension melt away. It wasn’t about pushing; it was about reconnecting. And that feeling stayed with me long after the class ended.
That’s why I now teach Dru Yoga — to help others experience that same sense of ease, resilience, and inner balance.
