IP:CON Belgrade 2025 – Druga po redu konferencija o pravu zaštite intelektualne svojine

Pridružite nam se 16. oktobra 2025. u Sali Amerikana, Dom omladine Beograda, na događaju koji okuplja stručnjake iz prava, kreativnih industrija i sudske prakse.

Tema konferencije su aktuelni izazovi i rešenja u oblasti intelektualne svojine:

Kako intelektualna svojina oblikuje kreativne industrije?

Strengthening IP Enforcement in Bosnia and Herzegovina

ZMP organized a specialized training for customs officials this time in Sarajevo, gathering teams from Banja Luka, Sarajevo, Tuzla, and Mostar.

The full-day workshop, guided by Selma Custovic, combined expert insights with practical strategies to detect and stop counterfeit goods.

On August 16, 2025, Albania’s new Law on Trademarks (No. 52/2025) will enter into force, replacing trademark provisions from the 2008 Industrial Property Law.

The adoption of this law is a direct result of Albania’s EU integration process and the need to harmonize national legislation with the European legal framework.

This time in Ljubljana and Brnik, ZMP organized a hands-on session on counterfeit detection for Customs, led by our Senior Trademark Attorney, Ziga Frass.

Huge thanks to the 19 dedicated customs officers for their active participation and commitment to protecting consumers and brand integrity.

We look forward to continuing our collaboration and providing further support in the shared mission of keeping counterfeit goods out of circulation.

In June, we hosted a focused one-day training in Skopje for customs and market inspectors, aimed at boosting their ability to detect counterfeit goods at borders and in the market.
