I’m Hannah, the face behind Bee Wise Exclusive Property Care 🐝

Before anything else, I’m a mum to two amazing children. I’m also a daughter, a partner, a friend, and someone who genuinely loves helping people.

Property management has become a passion of mine because it’s not just about properties it’s about the people behind them. I love building relationships, understanding what matters to my clients, and helping make their lives a little easier.

The photos I’ve shared here are a little glimpse into my world because behind every business is a real person. In a world full of filters, AI, and perfectly polished content, I believe people still value honesty, trust, and genuine connections.

Being a keyholder on the Costa Blanca is about so much more than simply holding a set of keys.

My wonderful clients trust me to look after their homes while they’re away from Spain, and I take that responsibility very seriously. Clear communication is essential, which is why I always provide regular updates, along with plenty of photos and videos, so homeowners know exactly how their property is doing.

Every property check is tailored to the owner’s needs. Sometimes it’s something as simple as changing damp boxes, checking pool covers, airing rooms, or ensuring everything is secure. Other times, it’s spotting unexpected issues before they become bigger problems.

Whether a homeowner chooses weekly or monthly inspections, surprises can still happen. A light may have been left on, a tap not fully turned off, or a small maintenance issue may have appeared. My role is to make sure the house is behaving exactly as it should and to give homeowners complete peace of mind while they’re away.

After all, a property isn’t just a building—it’s someone’s home.

This was an old bathroom in a rental property, and let’s just say it had been neglected for quite some time. What you’re seeing here is just one example of the jobs we’ve tackled behind the scenes.

✨ Deep Clean vs Standard Clean ✨

A standard clean keeps your home fresh, clean and maintained. A deep clean goes that step further, tackling areas like inside cupboards, appliances, grout, vents and those hard-to-reach spots.

At Bee Wise, though, some deep-clean details are non-negotiable — especially in bathrooms. Shower channels, shower skirting, soap scum and those easy-to-miss areas are always included in our standard cleans. 🐝

Because the little details make a big difference.

🛁✨ Another room, another transformation!

This bath had also been customised by the previous tenants with a large Disney-themed non-slip mat firmly attached to the surface. What looked like a quick job turned into a careful removal process to avoid damage and leave everything looking fresh and clean again.

After removing the adhesive, tackling the residue, and carrying out a thorough deep clean and disinfection, the bath is now ready for its next occupants.

And as with many property turnaround jobs, there was a little surprise waiting for us too… let’s just say unwanted guests can hide in the sneakiest of places! 🪳👀

It’s all part of making sure a property is clean, safe, and ready for sale or re-rental.

🚿 Before ➡️ After ✨

Not every move-out leaves a property ready for its next occupant!

In this case, the tenants had attached multiple stick-on mirrors around the bathroom along with adhesive floor pads. The property owner wanted everything removed and the bathroom returned to a clean, fresh, neutral space.

After carefully removing all adhesives, cleaning away residue, polishing surfaces, and carrying out a full deep clean and disinfection, the bathroom is now looking its best and ready for either new tenants or a future sale.

Sometimes it’s the jobs that seem simple that take the most time and patience, but the end result is always worth it! 🙌
