هل نشر صور وفيديوهات علي الفيس قانوني... يقوم بعض رواد مواقع التواصل بنشر صور أو فيديوهات لأشخاص آخرين ويمثل ذلك انتهاكا لحرمة الحياة الخاصة لهؤلاء الأشخاص وقد يجهل الكثيرين أن مثل هذه الأفعال تمثل جرائم يعاقب عليها القانون وتصل فيها العقوبة للحبس أو الغرامة
جاء نص المادة رقم 25 من قانون مكافحة الجرائم الإلكترونية على أن يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن ستة أشهر، وبغرامة لا تقل عن خمسين ألف جنيه ولا تجاوز مائة ألف جنيه، أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين، كل من اعتدى على أى من المبادئ أو القيم الأسرية فى المجتمع المصرى، أو انتهك حرمة الحياة الخاصة أو أرسل بكثافة العديد من الرسائل الإلكترونية لشخص معين دون موافقته، أو منح بيانات شخصية إلى نظام أو موقع إلكترونى لترويج السلع أو الخدمات دون موافقته، أو نشر عن طريق الشبكة المعلوماتية أو بإحدى وسائل تقنية المعلومات معلومات أو أخبارًا أو صورًا وما فى حكمها، تنتهك خصوصية أى شخص دون رضاه، سواء كانت المعلومات المنشورة صحيحة أو غير صحيحة.
Is posting photos and videos on Facebook legal... Some social media pioneers publish photos or videos of other people, and this represents a violation of the sanctity of the private life of these people.
Article 25 of the Anti-Cybercrime Law stipulates that anyone who violates any of the family principles or values in The Egyptian community, or violated the sanctity of private life, or sent extensively many electronic messages to a particular person without his consent, or gave personal data to a system or website to promote goods or services without his consent, or published information or news through the information network or any information technology means. Or pictures and the like, which violate the privacy of any person without his consent, whether the published information is true or incorrect.
